IKA “Inmobiliaria El Kadete, SA de CV” was founded in 2002 with the goal of providing “a superior life quality” in the field of housing development. In its beginning stage, the company was involved in purchasing and selling and home remodeling. This year there were 37 homes bought, sold and remodeled in the Villa Verde tract. In the year 2003, IKA launches the “Valle Dorado Plus” housing development -a low interest rate state subsidized dwelling program- in which 17 homes were built, developed and marketed.

In 2004, IKA built 131 homes in the Brisas del Valle tract. This tract includes middle income housing, a four phase building project.

The planning of Pacifika Marina Condos development began in 2007, focusing on creating a unique product that would be appealing to the international and national market. The result: a residential project that surpasses quality standards and an equity building investment.

The construction of Pacifika Marina Condos began in 2008, a 21 million dollar investment, consisting of 98 luxury condos and private yacht docks.
